Apartment Planner is a free, private hobby project provided with no commercial intent. Use is voluntary and at your own risk. The legally binding version is the German Haftungsausschluss; this English text is for convenience.

No warranty

The service is provided “as available” and without warranty. In particular, we give no warranty as to constant availability, freedom from errors, the accuracy of calculated measurements, or the permanent storage of your drafts and data. Results are non-binding planning aids and do not constitute professional, legal or other advice.

Your responsibility

• Back up important drafts yourself (e.g. via the JSON export); data loss cannot be ruled out.
• Verify all measurements independently before making purchase decisions based on them.

Limitation of liability

The operator's liability — on whatever legal basis — is limited to intent and gross negligence. As the service is provided free of charge, liability is otherwise governed by the principles applying to gratuitous services (§ 521 BGB by analogy).

This limitation does not affect liability for injury to life, body or health, liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), or any other mandatory statutory liability.

No contract for a specific service

Providing this free service creates no entitlement to any particular feature set, level of availability, or continued operation. The service may be changed or discontinued at any time.
